Blusource Finance are recruiting for a Financial Controller / Head of Treasury position which oversees all aspects of the Treasury Functions including  Accounts Payable, Payroll and Banking functions.

This role will offer you an opportunity to business partner senior stakeholders within the business i.e. Operation Directors & Managers.  You will report directly to the CFO but have a dotted line into the Group Financial Controller.

This role will require an qualified accountant (ACCA ACA CIMA) who has experience of managing and developing small to medium teams and has experience liaising with operations as well as managing the usual day to day functions of the department e.g. accounting and reporting.

This role will definitely need an individual with a strong managerial background and a proven track record of running the relevant areas of a financial & accounting department, whilst getting the best from your team.  You will have strong experience in Treasury, finance and accounting, with a good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.  Your analytical skills will be good as will be your ability to work cross-functionally.
