The firm seeks to appoint a restructuring and corporate recovery solicitor, NQ+ to join their Birmingham team. Working on some of the most high profile bank-led deals in the UK, you'll advise major lenders, banks and IPs on distressed company reorganisations, reconstructions, debt restructurings and refinancings as well as working on formal insolvencies, receiverships, voluntary arrangements and LPA receiverships.
