We are looking to recruit into both our new Birmingham office, as well as our more established Nottingham office, and will be particularly interested in candidates who might like the challenge of opening further offices for Blusource in the future.

You will be a high performer with professionalism and drive, combined with a desire to deliver an excellent service to candidates and clients alike. You will take ownership of your part of the business and thrive in the autonomy you will be offered. You will have an entrepreneurial streak, be able to think commercially and be very solution focussed in how you work with candidates, clients and colleagues.
